Waypoint REIT’s four core values (Values) are set out in the graphic above and highlighted in Waypoint REIT’s Code of Conduct. These Values underpin Waypoint REIT’s operations. The Board and senior management are guided by these core Values when making decisions, including those related to its corporate governance policies and practices. Senior management is responsible for instilling Waypoint REIT’s Values. The Board regularly engages with senior management to ensure that Waypoint REIT’s core Values align with the culture of the business.
