Waypoint REIT was established in August 2016, under the name Viva Energy REIT, as the owner of an initial portfolio of 425 service station sites located across Australia; since this time the property portfolio has increased to 469 sites via the acquisition of additional properties. In May 2020 following the divestment of Viva Energy Australia Groups 35.5% securityholding in Viva Energy REIT the company changed its name to Waypoint REIT.

  • Security of income through long-term, Triple Net leases to Viva Energy, a high quality tenant.
