Property Portfolio

As at 31 December 2023, Waypoint REIT owned 402 fuel and convenience properties with a total portfolio value of $2.8 billion, a weighted average capitalisation rate of 5.68% and weighted average lease expiry of 8.1 years.

The Waypoint REIT portfolio is classified in to four segments:

  • Capital Cities – assets located in the Greater Capital City Statistical Areas of Australia’s eight states and territories;
  • Other Metro – urban areas with populations circa 100,000 or greater, and/or satellites of Capital Cities;
  • Highway – service centres along key transport routes; and
  • Regional – smaller regional cities and towns, with populations less than 100,000 people.
